Furnish and pay for all materials, tools, equipment, labor and other incidental work necessary to obtain all required permits, coral transplantation work, installation of new stainless steel frames, plastic lumber fenders, and fiber reinforced plastic decking and all other appurtenant work to repair the loading platform at Kailua-Kona Wharf, Kailua-Kona, Island of Hawaii, Hawaii as required or called for in this Proposal, all according to the true intent and meaning of the Notice to Bidders, Information and Instructions to Bidders, Proposal, Detailed Specifications, Interim General Conditions, Plans, Permitting Documents, and any and all addenda related to this solicitation.
