Fairchild AFB WA intends to solicit sole source for a requirement to replace a frequency converter in an installed Kardex Remstar Carousel.

The frequency converter and maintenance activities required to remove the existing frequency converter and install and program the replacement unit must meet the following salient characteristics.

1. Provide a replacement frequency converter kit, Kardex Remstar Part Number 5832779 Kit is for SK4000/3CTDC(306676.8) TO SK520E for 350/1/2 V/C NT C2000 (Not SH NT)

2. All Maintenance and programming actions required to put the carousel in full service will be approved and authorized by Kardex Remstar. This shall ensure all existing warranties of the carousel and new converter remain in full force and effect.
