Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) have an immediate need to purchase additional equipment that is consistent with and works with KARL STORZ ENDOSCOPY equipment already onsite. Only Karl STORZ camera equipment shall work with the current systems from KARL STORZ.  Due to service access expansions at TVHS Nashville and Alvin C. York facilities. TVHS intends to consolidate multiple lease, service, and Onsite Endoscopic Specialist support into one new award for the existing KARL STORZ ENDOSCOPY equipment and new requirements. The Comprehensive Service Agreement (CSA) shall cover all TVHS owned and leased scopes from Karl Storz.
