First published Friday, May 26, 2023 Project Description The project consists of replacing all medium voltage and low voltage electrical service equipment, unit substation, serving the mechanical equipment loads of the Mechanical Room 0509 in KCPA. The electrical equipment to be replaced is one of four substations within a double ended looped system. This projects equipment is located in a caged section of the Mechanical Room (0509) within the lower level of facility. Provide for the construction of a new electrical vault to house the medium voltage equipment and service entrance switch(es). New vault to be located in lower level parking area as shown.
