a. Description of Service: The concessionaire shall furnish all personnel, equipment tools, materials, supervision, transportation, insurance, food, and related supplies required to provide ala carte sit-down waiter/waitress food service. Food and beverage services shall match the theme currently used by concessionaire including separate bar service with a bartender in attendance. This service will be provided in a Government furnished facility on Elmendorf AFB, AK.
b. Unusual Conditions or Constraints: Industry standards for Concessionaire Agreements/Contracts is for the concessionaire to provide, install, operate, and maintain, at concessionaire's own expense, the necessary equipment, supplies, personnel and décor package for the operation of a food concessionaire to industry company's standards, and/or whichever is higher. Concessionaire contract is used to describe a contract where one contractor/vendor is in charge of all the food and beverage operations for a specific location on Elmendorf AFB. The Concessionaire agrees to pay the NAFI either a lump sum or a percentage of gross sales monthly.
The applicable NAICS code is 722110 with a size limitation standard of $7M.
