The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, Performance Assessment Department has a requirement for thirty-six National Security Agency (NSA) approved KG-135A Key Generator Receivers. The Government intends to award a sole-source contract through a NSA Certified contractor. It has been determined that L3 Communications/Telemetry-East, is the manufacturer of this product. This requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1(c). The anticipated release date for Request for Quote (RFQ) N63394-10-T-5027 will be on or around 1 July 2010 via Fedbizops and NECO websites. The deadline for submitting a quote will be 7 calendar days after the release date of the RFQ.
