The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to issue a sole source contract to Flightline Electronics, Inc. 7625 Omnitech Place Victor, NY 14564 for the purchase of three Keyport Design AN/ARR-89 Radios, one Keyport Design Control Software, and three 60 Hz Power cord for Keyport Design Radio. The AN/ARR-89 radios and software will support testing at-sea and laboratory based efforts. Flightline Electronics, Inc. is the only vendor that manufactures the AN/ARR-89 design.
