CONTRACT INFORMATION:

The Federal Communications Commission, is requesting offers under solicitation OET2100004, for Keysight Propagation Simulator F64 5G Multiple-Input, Multiple-Output Channel Emulator.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial procurement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offerers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 

This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334515. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. Quotes are due by January 25, 2021 at 5:00 pm Pacific.

Submission requirements, submission instructions, and evaluation criteria are stated within the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.  All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of offers to be eligible for award.

The Government reserves the right to cancel the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.  No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing a response to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation or any follow-up information request.
