The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a firm fixed price contract under solicitation number H92240-13-T-9048 to Viasat, Inc. 6155 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009. This procurement action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority cited in FAR 6.302-1. The proposed action is for evaluation and restorative repair service to seven KG-250 internet protocol encryptors. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees.

This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, all parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement within three days after date of publication of this notice will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government.
