The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic Systems Division Contracting Office (HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Lackland AFB, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Fixed Price contract for the procurement of 19 each, FASTLANE KG-75A ATM/SONET Encryptor, NSN: 5810-01-581-7762CA, PN: FLS-54999-1, 6 each, FASTLANE KG-75A ATM Encryptor w/OC-1972 Single Mode Interface, NSN: 5810-01-598-2993CA, P/N: FL-44678-5, and 10 each, FASTLANE KG-75A ATM Cards OC-12C Single Mode Interface card Kit, NSN: 5998-01-464-2774CS, P/N: FL-34882-1to General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc, 77 A St., Needham, MA, 02494-2806, (Cage Code: 04655). The proposed contract action is for the purchase of these assets for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6302-1(a)(2), only one responsible source (except brand name). The Government intends to make an award by the end of April 2013. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available.
