After the $30 Non-Refundable Fee is paid for the Section "A" Bid Forms, it will be emailed along with the instructions for your Bid Submission Envelope. Only Bidders on record and marked paid will be allowed to bid. Vendors who are planning to bid are required to purchase the Bid Forms Section “A” at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings with a Company Check or Money Order (Payable to NYCHH).
