The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch, (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio, hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 11.105(a) and 13.106-1(b)(1), soliciting from a single source to satisfy agency requirements.
AFLCMC/HNCK intends to award a sole source contract to purchase Klocworks Software License and Maintenance Support from Rogue Wave Software, 1315 West Century Dr., Ste 150, Louisville, CO 80027, Cage Code: 0MT84. Rogue Wave Software is the only authorized seller. The Government intends to award by 18 September 2018. Proposals for the required items are NOT being requested through this notice. A determination for other than full and open competition has been approved for this acquisition.
If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirements, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within three (3) days of this publication. Interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, any socio-economic classifications, and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
