The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Renewal 3 YR Klockwork Software Maintenance 02/21/2016 - 02/21/2019 in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is a manufacture sole sourced Klocwork to Rogue Wave Software, 1315 West Century Drive, Suite 150, Louisville, CO 80027 due to software is already in use and owned by Klockwork, and in order to maintain the integrity of the software, yearly maintenance on the software is required. Any firms believing that they can provide a Quote for N68936-16-T-0120 may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Klockwork Software Maintenance without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
