This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Statement of Objectives is attached to this notice. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation. The resulting purchase order shall be issued on a firm-fixed price basis. The Government may award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror conforming to the solicitation which will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
