The Project consists of partial removal and replacement of existing wood floor coating and finishes at main Gym and Auxiliary Gym. Repair existing surfaces defects as needed to receive new coatings and finishes. New coating finishes and striping to match existing finishes and striping. Electronic Bids must be uploaded directly to the online bidding plan room at www.wccusdplanroom.com will be received until 2:00 p.m. June 5, 2023, at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud via Zoom Virtual Bid opening at the following link: https://wccusd.zoom.us/j/94149038653. Any claim by a bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be non-responsive and returned to the bidder. Two MANDATORY pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on May 23, 2023, at 3:30 p.m., and May 24, 2023, at 3:30pm meet at the main office of Korematsu Middle School located at 7125 Donal Ave, El Cerrito, CA 94530. All participants must sign in and comply with the COVID protocols including wearing a mask onsite. Failure to attend one site visit will render Contractor’s bid ineligible.
