Amendment 1 is being posted to Answer Questions posed in response to the solicitation.  As a result of these questions and answers, the workload estimate (Technical Exhibit 1) of the performance based statement of work (PBSOW) has been revised from a maximum of 500 personnel per day to a maximum of 400 personnel per day with typical daily average closer to 300 personnel per day.
