The South Bronx Job Corps Academy is a Federally Funded Vocational and Educational Training Program that services youth between the ages of 16 and 24 in a residential setting. The program operates year round with approximately 200 residential and 75 non-residential trainees. The program is operated by ResCare, Inc. for the United States Department of Labor.
The South Bronx Job Corps Academy is soliciting Bids to install and supply the listed below kichen equipment . All interested bidders need to supply delivery charges and installation fee includes in the price.

We need BRAISING PAN, GAS
Braising Pan, Gas, 40-gallon capacity, 46" wide open base, manual tilt, 9" deep s/s pan with gallon markings, pouring lip & removable strainer, spring assist cover with drip edge, pan holder, thermostatic control, includes L faucet bracket, electric ignition, 12" s/s legs with adjustable flanged feet, 120,000 BTU

1 Note: Vulcan does not make a VG60, smaller unit was substituted.
We need one Stainless steel salad bar it needs to include 6 warm trays
REQUIREMENTS
•· Bidders must include delivery and installing of the products
•· Must be in compliance with all Local, State and Federal Guidelines and Regulations
•· Work to be accomplished in safe and efficient manner with minimal or no disruption or endangerment to trainees and / or staff.
LENGTH OF AGREEMENT
Contractor must provide time frame of delivery and installation in which work is to be completed. Terms are net 30,
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ACCEPTANCE
•· Contractor must acknowledge by signature that they meet all Federal, State, Local and OSHA regulations and that all specifications terms and conditions set forth are acceptable.
•· Bidders must submit their proposal in a sealed envelope by 5 p.m. close of business on Wednesday September 10, 2010 to the attention of Vivian Lopez Purchasing Agent.
The following documents Davis Bacon Act (40 U 27a Attachment B), Certification of Non-Segregated Facilities Pursuant to FAR 52.222-21 (Attachment C), Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Requirement Pursuant to FAR 52.222-26 and FAR 52.222-27, FAR 52.252-2, 52.204-1, 52.215-19, PRC 4121 and 4170 will be incorporated and made part of agreement.
