Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposal (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will be able to provide an academic scheduling software that will provide key benefits of building an accurate schedule, providing student access to needed classes, enforcing appropriate resource allocation, effectively making use of classroom resources, upholding scheduling policies and approved scheduling time grids and overall functionality to promote a more efficient business process and analysis to Kennesaw State University (hereinafter, KSU) as further described in this eRFP. Kennesaw State University is seeking one supplier that will be able to provide an academic scheduling software that is dedicated to the sole purpose of scheduling courses for student success. Supplier(s) will administer the duties and responsibilities set forth in this Request for Proposal (¿RFP¿), in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Objective of the eRFP Process The objective of the eRFP is to select a qualified supplier to provide the goods and services outlined in this eRFP to KSU. This eRFP process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from supplier(s) for potential award. All qualified suppliers are invited to participate by submitting responses, as further defined in the eRFP. Please be advised, Kennesaw State University may also schedule product demonstrations and/or oral presentations with 3 of the highest scored suppliers in which the supplier will provide additional information regarding the proposed products or services. The responsive and responsible supplier receiving the highest Total Combined Score and with whom the State Entity is able to reach agreement as to contract terms will be selected for award.
