Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide KSU Event Services & Equipment to the Kennesaw State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. KSU¿s Campus Services and the Division of Student Affairs host a variety of special events for students, staff, and community members throughout the year. Some of these events include year-end school festivities and back to school events. During these social gatherings, sources of entertainment and supporting equipment are needed to promote attendance and enjoyment during the event. Suppliers will provide event planning services, entertainers, products, and interactive equipment (including but not limited to cotton candy machines, popcorn machines, bouncy houses, photo booths, tables, tablecloths, chairs, tents, rock climbing walls, fair rides, etc.) including all labor for delivery, set-up, take down and clean-up to requesting KSU Departments.This electronic Request for Proposal (eRFP) is intended to identify one or more responsible suppliers who meet or exceed the identified requirements contained herein. This eRFP may result in a multiple award contract, based on services.
