Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide KSU Parking Deck Maintenance and Cleaning-Pressure Washing and Sweeping to the Kennesaw State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Kennesaw State University Parking and Transportation seeks proposals from qualified contractors to perform cleaning and pressure washing services to the interior and exterior parking decks including each stairwell. Cleaning will be performed on each of the 5 parking decks. The five (5) decks are approximately 7,161 parking spaces totaling 2,362,907 square feet. Cleaning of each deck shall include the following tasks: Pre-cleaning included but not limited to sweeping, blowing and the removal of loose trash. Take precautions to protect all KSU assets from damage through process as well as all elevator, electrical, fire safety equipment and permanently installed fixtures. Pressure washing all interior concrete and brick structures (with proper precautions not to cause additional damage.)
