DLA Disposition Services Camp Arifjan Kuwait, Excess Property Management. The requirement will include a variety of tasks relating to the control and accountability of items from receiving property through reutilization, transfer, donation (RTD), or other disposal actions including DEMIL. The contractor shall perform demilitarization of surplus DoD property that results in the total destruction of property.

 The solicitation is for a 12-month base period and (2) 12-month option periods. FAR 52.217-8 is included in the solicitation.

The solicitation will be posted to FBO on or around 1/29/2016, Amendment 1 posted 2/16/2016.
