This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised for Small Business vendors only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-16-Q-XX3008. US Coast Guard Base Miami Beach Procurement and Contracting intends to award a service contract for fiscal year 16 for airtime satellite services. The service is to be received by US Coast Guard Helicopter Interdiction Tactical Squadron Jacksonville.

This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13.

Anticipated award date: Approximately 5 days after close of solicitation, OOA 15 OCT 2015.

Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 15 OCT 2015.

Services to Include:
1. 001-M50 Metered Rate Plan to include 50MB of Data per month, to include 1 voice line. Incoming/Outgoing calls world-wide, 2 Mbps Shore to Ship, and 128Kbps Ship to Shore.

2. M3000 Metered Rate Plan, to include 3,000 MB of data per month, to include 1 voice line. Incoming/Outgoing calls world-wide, 2 Mbps Shore to Ship, and 128Kbps Ship to Shore.
