Amendment 0001 - Questions and answers incorporated into SF 30 document.

USAG - Kwajalein Atollhas a requirement to lease a barge to deliver goods and equipment to various locations around the islands. The current barge in use by USAG-KA is being sent to another port for required maintenance and repairs. The barge will need to be delivered by 1 December 2017 to Kwajalein Atoll. The anticipated timeline for repairs is 120 days, however the Government will build in two, one month options in to the contract in the event of delays or other unanticipated weather interruptions. The leased barge will need to be delivered and potentially picked up by the contractor to meet the maintenance timeline.
