Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.106-1(b)- Soliciting From A Single Source and FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The Kentucky Air National Guard Special Tactics Squadron, 1101 Grade lane Louisville, KY 40213 has a requirement to procure the following items:

Line Item 0001: Special Operations Oriented Canopy Control Course - 123rd Special Tactics Squadron (Statement of Work is Attached)

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, quote mark only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, sole source contract to Special tactics Solutions Inc.  Special Tactics Solutions Inc. has the proprietary rights to and is the sole provider and distributor of the equipment. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611620 and the Business Size Standard is $7,500,000.00.

Flgiht -1., 1600 Flightline Blvd, Deland, FL, 32724-2159 is the sole supplier for this service.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time, Friday, February 26th, 2015.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
