CORRECTED: This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. COMSEC Announcement FA8630-09-R-5080 The solicitation number is FA8630-09-R-5080. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued in support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) purchase of services for the country of Pakistan. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Performance Work Statement Version #14 is attached to the RFP in Section J and separately attached. The Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC) requires two (2) U.S. Communications Security (COMSEC) managers to provide support to the COMSEC account for the Pakistan government in country. The contractor personnel, identified as U.S. COMSEC custodians, must have a current final U.S. security clearance of TOP SECRET (Primary COMSEC Manager) and SECRET (Alternate COMSEC Manager). Performance Period: This solicitation covers a period of performance for two year basic contract (with three (3) one-year options). Basic year will commence 01 Feb 2010 - 31 Jan 2012. Contractor shall breakout cost and pricing information within the proposal. Technical proposal / Capabilities are requested as well. Proposals are due to this office by 14 Oct 2009.
