NA The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Sikorsky Support Services, Inc., 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615, to provide a Logistics Service Representative for the UH-60 Helicopter. The contractor shall provide a Logistics Service Representative (LSR) to be located in Huntsville, AL, in support of the Army National Guard for a 1 year base period plus up to four option years. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be aw arded to Sikorsky Support Services, under the “Other than Full and Open Competition” procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 and FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source.
