In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the Government intends to issue a solicitation restricted to General Dynamic Land Systems - Germany for Field Service Representative (FSR) support in the fielding of ten (10) REBS. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be for a firm-fixed price 3-year Requirements contract. The estimated total contract quantity will be 194 man hours. The REBS is a dry support bridge used for wheeled and tracked vehicles up to Military Load Classification (MLC) 40 to cross unprepared gaps up to 42.6 ft. in a minimum amount of time. The solicitation will be issued on or about 13 February 2015 and will close on or about March 2015. A U.S. Government Technical Data Package (TDP) is not available for this procurement action.
