The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current to Fac 2005-53, Effective 4 Aug 2011. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items:

0001 - One man life raft: LRU-16/P MODIFIED 210 DENIER ONE MAN LIFE RAFT, STANDARD CANOPY, INFLATABLE FLOOR. SEE NOTES ATTACHED. RAFT CONSTRUCTED USING HEAVY DUTY 210/400 DENIER, COLOR YELLOW, MATERIAL. CANOPY, FLOOR AND VALVES TO BE STANDARD. ADD AN EXTRA SLEEVE FOR ORAL TUBE AND 800ROL VALVE ON THE MAIN BUOYANCY TUBE AND LEAVE OFF THE CRIMP RING. ADD TWO ADDITIONAL CRIMP RINGS AT THE FLOOR TUBE CONNECTION AREA AND COVER IT WITH CLEAR SHRINK WRAP. SPECIAL MARKINGS: STENCIL THE WORDS "FOR SERE TRAINING ONLY". LEAVE OFF THE NSN NUMBER. STENCIL "TRAINING RAFT ONLY" ABOVE SEA ANCHOR ATTACHMENT IN 1inch LETTERS. QTY: 100EA
