Rehabilitation of approximately 26,000 liner feet of existing water mains in the La Loma Avenue neighborhood generally bounded by Encina Avenue on the north, Yosemite Blvd on the south, Rowland Avenue on the west, and San Juan Drive on the east. This project will replace the existing system with City standard water mains, valves, and hydrants to improve system reliability, flows and pressures.
