NOTICE OF INTENT: The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award, on a Limiting Competition sole source basis, a firm-fixed priced (FFP) contract to Oak Hill Genetics LLC. for the supplying of laboratory canines. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 112990, All Other Animal Production, Product Service Code 8820, Live Animals, Not Raised for Food with a corresponding size standard of $1.0M. The proposed contract action for which the Government intends to solicit from and award to one source is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The Government intends to execute this award on or around 30 Aug 2019 for a one month base period plus one, one-year option period. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency for any future requirements.
