This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number for this acquisition is NIH-OLAO-OD3-RFQ4492582, and the solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-92. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334516, and the small business size standard is 1000. This is a fixed price requirement.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
