The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal AL. intends to award National Instruments Corporation, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302.1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements," for National Instruments LabVIEW Electrical Power Suite, CompactDAQ.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Governments intent to award a sole-source purchase to National Instruments Corporation.
