This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This is a solicitation for commercial software prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachment constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N0001513RC11064 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are often in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-54. The government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed price contract and the award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.

The period of performance for the maintenance portion of the contract will be one year from the date of award and delivery of the software shall be within 2 weeks from the date of award. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 511210. The offeror is to provide part number 779601-35, 2012 Labview Developer Suite Core Software with one (1) year Developer Suite Standard Service for a quantity of one (1).

Responses are due no later than 14 December 2012, at 10:00am EST and shall be submitted via email to [email protected]. Responses received after 14 December 2012, at 10:00am EST will not be reviewed. All questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted not later than 10 December 2012.
