Duties include garbage collection, cleaning privies, cleaning the visitor center, cleaning the comfort station, cleaning the fish cleaning stations, cleaning the playground pad/volleyball courts/swim beaches, cleaning the fireplaces/grills, mowing/trimming and litter/debris collection. We intend to award the contract around April 10, 2016. The work will start on May 1, 2016.

NAICS/Size Standard: This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 561730, landscaping services with a small business size standard of $7.5M; and a FSC code of S208, Housekeeping (landscaping/grounds keeping).
