CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS To Provide Professional Engineering Services For the Pavement Management Program 2026-2023 (LOPMP 2026-2030) Bids Due: September 26, 2024 at 2:00p.m. PST The City of Lake Oswego invites your Engineering Consulting Firm to submit a proposal to provide professional engineering services for the Lake Oswego Pavement Management Program 2026-2023 (LOPMP 2026-2030). The objective of the effort is to programmatically manage the pavement network for the City of Lake Oswego. This is anticipated to include a comprehensive pavement assessment, a pavement management plan, and delivering the resulting capital improvement projects. This work will likely consist of topographic survey, utility coordination, land rights, public outreach, development of construction documents (Plans, Specifications, and Estimates, or PS&E), and construction management.
