The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting bids in accordance with the requirements of Invitation for Bid (IFB)-244-09-0002-REL to renovate the Lame Deer sewage lagoon on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation, Montana. The work includes, but is not limited to, excavation, backfill, utility work, dewatering, plumbing and electrical. The plans and technical specifications will be available for inspection, without charge, at the PHS Indian Health Service, 2900 Fourth Avenue North, Billings, Montana and at the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, PHS Indian Health Center, 100 Cheyenne Avenue, Lame Deer, Montana. There will be no charge for the solicitation documents. The estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is November 26, 2008, with a bid opening date of 2:00 p.m., on December 30, 2008. The completion time is 90 calendar days after notice-to-proceed.
