**A completed quote submitted will be considered. Please make sure:

2. Read box 28 and sign page 1 boxes 30 a, b, and c.
3. Provide your CAGE CODE or DUNS number.
4. Provide your company if it is SMALL or LARGE.

6. Provide the LEAD TIME.
7. Provide the Name and Country of MANUFACTURE
8. Fill out the section (d) (1) and (d) (2) under the Provision 52.204-24.

DLA Maritime Puget Sound is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of Lance Feeder, NAICS code 333999, FSC 4940 for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF., Maintenance operations.

This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13.  The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) type commercial purchase order.  This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.  The FOB will be DESTINATION Bremerton, WA.

The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at http://beta.sam.gov.

The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER.
