P. 21-10 LAND USE AND RESILENCE PLANNING SERVICES MILITARY INSTALLATION RESILIENCE REVIEW FOR NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY ANNAPOLIS CITY OF ANNAPOLIS/ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY/MARYLAND The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for land use and resilience planning services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, January 14, 2021. Proposals shall be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Marylan21401. Late Proposals shall not be accepted under any circumstances. The scope ?of work includes, but is not limited to land use, transportation, emergency management and resilience planning services to propose new or refine existing recommendations, chart a path for the long-term sustainability and operability of the military installation complex and surrounding communities, and begin to design an integrated intelligent transportation system for the area. Interested parties must register to attend a virtual pre-Proposal meeting on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 11AM, local time, via Google Meets.
