The KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH will receive sealed bids until 3:00 pm (local time), April 22, 2020, for the LANDFILL FRONT-END LOADER PROCUREMENT, Kodiak, Alaska. All front-end loader specification substitutions and questions must be submitted by April 15, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. local time. These alternatives will be reviewed and determined whether they will meet procurement requirements. All bidders will be informed of all questions/substitutions along with their corresponding response/determination. More information pertaining to this topic can be found later in the document.
