The City of Santa Rosa is seeking information from qualified and experienced individuals or organizations regarding the ability and cost to provide landlord/tenant education and mediation services. For purposes of this request, mediation is considered a voluntary process lead by a neutral party to facilitate a mutually beneficial resolution to a housing related dispute between a landlord and tenant. Many minor housing issues can be resolved outside of the court system, reducing the financial, administrative, and emotional costs of going to court.
