Sealed Bids for the following project are sought: Landmark Drive at Parkway Plaza Drive Intersection Improvements General Project Description: This project consists of furnishing all work necessary for the completion of pavement widening, pavement patching, and sidewalk ramp removal and replacement at the intersection of Landmark Drive and Parkway Plaza Drive in the Town of Normal, Illinois. The proposed improvements consist of the following approximate quantities: 515.4 SF Sidewalk Removal; 172.1 Ft Combination Curb And Gutter Removal; 1 EA Removing Inlets; 30.1 SY Pavement Removal; 52.07 Ton Sub-Base Granular Material, Type B; 76.2 SY Removal Of Unsuitable Material, 12"; 76.2 SY Geotechnical Fabric For Ground Stabilization ; 2 Ea Inlets, Special, With Special Frame And Grate[TM1] ; 31.5 LF Storm Sewers, Class B, Type 2 12"; 31.5 LF Trench Backfill; 46.1 SY PCC Base Course Widening, 8"; 30.1 SY Class B Patches, 8”; 165.5 Ft Combination Concrete Curb And Gutter, Type B-6.18; 1 L Sum Topsoil Furnish And Place, 4”; 111.53 SY Sodding, Salt Tolerant; 467.35 SF Portland Cement Concrete Sidewalk 6 Inch; 48.15 SF Detectable Warnings; 1 L Sum Traffic Control And Protection; and all other work required to complete the project according to the plans and specifications.
