Scope: The awarded Bidder shall provide laptops and related professional services, which include laptop imaging and asset tagging. 1.1 Laptop Specifications shall meet or exceed the following salient characteristics in order to be considered for award: a. A minimum of 256gb SSD; b. i3 Processor; c. 8gb RAM; d. Touch screen; e. World facing camera. 1.2 Professional Services shall include the following: a. Laptop Imaging I. Laptops will be Azure AD and Intune managed; II. The District Technology Services Department (TS) will provide a flash drive, which will require access to a wireless network named “BYOT”. The imaging process automatically detects for wireless networks labeled “BYOT”. Note: The flash drive will be sent to the awarded Bidder upon Board approval.; III. The awarded Bidder must be able to use USB network adapters to hardwire devices if they are unable to utilize a network port; b. Asset Tagging I. TS will provide asset tag ranges with delivery of flash drive with more instructions.
