The hay must be delivered during business hours Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time All other terms remain in full force and effect. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by one of the following methods: a) By signing and dating this amendment and returning with offer;b) By acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted; orc) By a separate letter or telegram which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers.
