This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is LOGAN-FM442711171014; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-50 effective 16 May 2011; Defense DPN 20110511 effective 11 May 2011, and AFAC 2011-0421 effective 14 June 2011. Travis AFB has a requirement for brand name loganLaryngoscope, rigid, zeitels Universal Modular Clottiscope. Please see attached Brand name letter for further information.
