This Addendum modifies the Request for Quotation and must be acknowledged. Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:

1. Lenses manufactured out of Corning 7980 grade 0-F glass or from equal or better equivalent
2. Lenses will be 1.5 inches (38.1 mm) in diameter with standard industry tolerances on the diameter
3. The radius of curvature tolerance will be measured to be less than +/- 0.5% of the focal lengths up to 4 meters and +/- 1% of the focal length beyond 4 meters
4. The lens radius of curvature values shall be within 1 percent or better from those specified in the requirements
5. The lead time shall be 10 weeks or less ARO

Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced Tecnically Acceptable Method.
