Omnitrans is requesting bids for two (2) HP LaserJet Enterprise M455f MFP or approved equal. This is a request for quotation only. This request does not commit Omnitrans to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the submission of a quotation. Omnitrans may issue a Purchase Order based on your initial quote. Any Purchase Order issued, as a result of this RFQ, will contain “Omnitrans’ Standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.” When awarded to a vendor, an emailed purchase order will follow. The vendor must reply to Omnitrans’ procurement representative’s request within 24 hours confirming receipt of the order. Bidder must comply with Guaranteed Delivery due date as specified for each line item awarded. Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of the purchase order. Prices quoted must include all freight and delivery charges and the terms shall be FOB destination. Quotations furnished shall be valid for 30 days. Please provide your best price and lead time. Omnitrans may award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder with available inventory. The award of items identified on this solicitation may be split between suppliers based on the overall benefit to Omnitrans. Vendor must state manufacturer name and number in the comments column. VENDOR MUST INCLUDE DELIVERY DATE IN COMMENT COLUMN. Bidders shall submit Requests for Approved Equals, if necessary, forms with bids. Proposed substitutions not received, in writing, on or before the bid closing date will be denied. Any request must be fully supported with technical data, test results or other pertinent information as evidence that the substitute offered is equal to or better than that required in the Specifications. The burden of proof as to equality, substitutability, and compatibility of proposed alternates or equals shall be upon the bidder, who shall furnish all necessary information at no cost to Omnitrans. Omnitrans shall be the sole judge as to the equality, substitutability, and compatibility of proposed alternates or equals.
