The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for a Contractor to check the functioning of the Greenhouse Computer Control and Irrigation System and provide LASR Plant Maintenance at the Laboratory for Autonomous Systems Research (LASR) Southeast Asian Tropical Forest located at The Naval Research Laboratory, 4555 Overlook Avenue SW, Washington DC. (Microsoft IE required). Site visit required. Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
