Laughlin Air Force Base has a requirement for packing, containerization and local drayage of Direct Procurement Method (DPM) personal property shipments. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified herein as government-furnished, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the DPM. The period of performance is from 1 Jan 12 through 31 Dec 12 with four 1 year option periods (through 31 Dec 16). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 488991. This requirement is Unrestricted and will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
