This is not a solicitation. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research to determine the availability of small business firms for a potential small business category type set-aside. No award will be made from this Sources Sought notice. Potential offerors having a product described are invited to provide information. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. To make an appropriate acquisition decision for the above project, the Government will use responses to this sources sought synopsis.

The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential small business sources to include small business in the following categories: Small Business, SBA Certified 8a, Certified HUB Zone, Woman Owned Small Business and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for a Vehicle Surveillance System. Firm's capabilities will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining to Set-Aside for Small Business or other set-aside category or to conduct as an Other Than Small Business Procurement. Other than small businesses may respond to this NOTICE in the event the market does not indicate Small B interest, however, preference will be given to the Small Business categories listed above. The government must ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of available contractors.

The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 812320, Dry cleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated). The Small Business Size Standard is $5.5 Million.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: Provide a launder service for soiled coveralls in accordance with industry standard. Coveralls shall be cleaned removing soil/contamination, folded, and delivered to the designated location on base. Pick up and drop off service of clean and soiled coveralls, shall be up to two times per week at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, MA 01085. Laundry shall be clearly labeled and separated per individual. The Government anticipates on awarding a base contract for this service with four option years.
