This Design-Build project includes the construction of 5 new buildings and various site improvements on the Belvedere Middle School campus over a 44 month construction period starting 2021. The Hensel Phelps / NAC design team has come up with the following solution for the Belvedere Middle School Campus. A near complete tear down of the existing campus will take place over 2 phases of construction. Phase 1 from approximately summer of 2021 to summer of 2023 will consist of the demolition of the south end of the campus and full rebuild of 4 main structures. Phase 2 from approximately the summer of 2023 until fall of 2024 will include the demolition of the north end of campus with the exception of the Auditorium Building which will undergo a voluntary seismic upgrade and modernization.
